The restaurant's signature dish is noodles with a spicy and sour soup. In my opinion, the level of spiciness is quite mild, making it suitable for those who prefer a less fiery taste. My best dish is the boiled pork intestines, expertly prepared and cooked to eliminate any unpleasant flavors and odors typical of internal organ. The owner, an elderly lady, is very polite and still works as a cashier. Please note that the restaurant accepts cash only. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
