Hidden Gem in the Mountains of Mae Fa Luang Stumbled across this small local coffee shop in a quiet, rural town deep in the mountains of Chiang Rai, not touristy at all. I wasn’t expecting much, but Uncle Coffee blew me away. The coffee? Excellent. Smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. We ended up having a meaningful conversation about life, hardships, and running a business. If you're ever in the area, stop by, for the great coffee, great company, and to support a local business.
