The pizza reminds me of some great American New York Style pizzeria's, the dough is light and easily delicious on its own, fluffy like a cloud, the sauce makes its presence know without needing to overwhlem the pizza, the cheese is a perfect pull while hot, and cools properly for structure. I’ve been looking for this kind of pizza for a long time, and I’m so glad I finally found it. The flavor is exactly what a real pizza should taste like—rich, balanced, and genuinely satisfying. From the very first bite, the dough stood out. You can immediately tell it’s something special—light, and full of depth. It’s made from imported ingredients, and the care put into it really shows. Knowing that the owner and her husband crafted the dough themselves makes it even more impressive. Overall, this pizza is absolutely delicious. I’d easily give it a 10/10.
