If you're looking for hearty Korean food served in a relaxed, welcoming space, Uncle Padak is a must-try. The standout for me was the fried chicken with tteokbokki cheese sauce—a perfect combination of sweet, savoury, spicy, and cheesy in every bite. The new BBQ fried chicken is also a great option with a smoky twist. Beyond the chicken, the smoked pork belly is excellent—tender, flavourful, and delicious wrapped in lettuce with gochujang sauce. The kimchi chicken fried rice was wonderfully cheesy and satisfying. To drink, don't miss their creative cocktails. The Winter Edition cocktail was a surprising highlight—it looks refreshing but has a wonderfully warming finish. What truly sets Uncle Padak apart are the generous portions, perfect for sharing with a group, and their pet-friendly policy, which makes it a great spot for casual gatherings. The service was attentive and the space is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for a satisfying, flavour-packed meal!
