This branch is rude and careless. Some staff rarely speak or behave nicely, and the long haired guy who’s been working there for a while and must know how to warm a sandwich made mine cold in the middle today. It didn’t even look toasted on the outside. It’s not the first time something like this has happened . Most of the time it’s verbal rudeness, and refusing little extras such as putting a bit more hot water in the tea or serving a hot coffee with less than hot milk which should never be the case at an international brand like Starbucks. If you complain you get faces. I told the other staff about him not warming the sandwich and she made out like she didn’t understand any English so stood there I kept repeating myself slowly until she could not longer deny she couldn’t understand. I think Starbucks needs to take a hard look at this branch as it’s only one I know which behaves likes this. Last time I will go here. I will head elsewhere. 7-11 up the road offers Ok coffee, a place to sit, and food.
