The owner and staff were so welcoming and kind, and paid so much attention to detail. The food was absolutely amazing, and a great price for what is included. The atmosphere was perfect, it felt relaxed and cozy but also fine dining. We will be coming back next Japan trip for sure! Was our favourite meal and experience in Niseko. An absolutely outstanding dining experience. The space is intimate and cozy, which makes everything feel personal from the moment you arrive. Every dish is prepared with incredible care and attention to detail, and the quality of the ingredients really shines through. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you have a great experience. You never feel rushed, and every interaction feels thoughtful and sincere. A perfect blend of exceptional food, quiet atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality. Easily one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Japan.
