Upper and Under was a real surprise in the best way. Tucked away and not overly flashy it delivered way more than expected. The flavors were rich balanced and clearly made with care. Every bite felt thoughtful and satisfying from presentation to taste. The vibe inside was modern but warm with just the right kind of music and lighting to make you want to stay longer. Service was attentive without being too much and everything moved smoothly. It felt like one of those rare places where you walk in with no expectations and leave genuinely impressed.
