Very unpleasant experience! We visited this place last week, excited to have a good time with cute dogs. The dogs didn’t look healthy or happy at all. We played with them for 3 minutes and went back inside because the smell was unbearable and we felt sorry for the poor creatures. We wanted to at least enjoy a coffee but we were told it’s not possible to have a coffee yet for some reason. We ended up leaving with our takeaway drinks, ready to forget this ever happened. I really do not recommend this place. Waste of your time and money.

My friend and I visited this dog café recently, and the experience was deeply concerning. My friend had been here twice before, and she always described it as a wonderful place. The dogs looked healthy and well cared for, the atmosphere was friendly, and the café itself was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, this time it felt completely different. The place looked partially abandoned, overgrown, and poorly maintained. There was a strong smell of cat urine inside the café, and everything felt dirty and neglected. The first dog we saw had large patches of missing fur. We don’t know whether it was due to a medical condition, but it was alarming to see. The second dog also appeared to have significant hair loss or skin issues, and its behavior seemed unusually anxious and distressed. We decided not to stay because the overall situation felt upsetting and worrying. We were genuinely afraid that the other dogs might be in even worse physical or psychological condition. We cannot recommend visiting this place. The atmosphere was deeply unsettling, and it is hard to understand what happened here. It is very sad to see a place that was once known as a friendly and caring dog café turn into something that raises so many concerns.

Pissed off! Travelled so far to come to this cafe and it says it closes at 6:30 but it closed an hour early! Update your google timings!!
