**Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended for Dog Lovers** I visited US'Dog Cafe expecting a pleasant experience because I’m a dog lover and have dogs at home myself. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by what I experienced. As soon as I entered the cafe, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell of urine. Some of the dogs appeared to have been sitting or soaking in urine, and their bodies were noticeably smelly. What concerned me even more was the condition of some of the dogs. I noticed dogs with very red eyes, and one dog appeared to have rashes around the vulva area. Some of the dogs looked generally unwell and poorly cared for. I was also very uncomfortable seeing some dogs kept inside cages, with **two dogs in one cage**. As someone who genuinely loves dogs, seeing them in these conditions was heartbreaking and very difficult to accept. The staff also did not appear professional or well-trained in handling the dogs, and the customer service was disappointing. On top of that, I ordered two hot drinks, but both were served without being properly hot. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and upsetting experience. I came here as a dog lover hoping to spend some nice time with the dogs, but instead I left feeling deeply disappointed and concerned about their welfare. **To fellow dog lovers, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before visiting this place.** I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness, animal welfare, staff training, and overall care of the dogs.

Very unpleasant experience! We visited this place last week, excited to have a good time with cute dogs. The dogs didn’t look healthy or happy at all. We played with them for 3 minutes and went back inside because the smell was unbearable and we felt sorry for the poor creatures. We wanted to at least enjoy a coffee but we were told it’s not possible to have a coffee yet for some reason. We ended up leaving with our takeaway drinks, ready to forget this ever happened. I really do not recommend this place. Waste of your time and money.

My friend and I visited this dog café recently, and the experience was deeply concerning. My friend had been here twice before, and she always described it as a wonderful place. The dogs looked healthy and well cared for, the atmosphere was friendly, and the café itself was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, this time it felt completely different. The place looked partially abandoned, overgrown, and poorly maintained. There was a strong smell of cat urine inside the café, and everything felt dirty and neglected. The first dog we saw had large patches of missing fur. We don’t know whether it was due to a medical condition, but it was alarming to see. The second dog also appeared to have significant hair loss or skin issues, and its behavior seemed unusually anxious and distressed. We decided not to stay because the overall situation felt upsetting and worrying. We were genuinely afraid that the other dogs might be in even worse physical or psychological condition. We cannot recommend visiting this place. The atmosphere was deeply unsettling, and it is hard to understand what happened here. It is very sad to see a place that was once known as a friendly and caring dog café turn into something that raises so many concerns.
