和牛懐石うしどきへ和牛懐石料理って初めて聞いたので楽しみに。牛カツサンドこりゃ旨い追加で欲しいくらいでした。冷やしそうめんのテールジュレってのも斬新。いろんな部位を楽しめる素晴らしい店でしたまた行きます！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

my husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying a set lunch course at Ushidoki Wagyu Kaiseki, and it was truly a memorable experience. each dish comes with a delightful array of fresh and diverse vegetables, such as japanese tomatoes, micro tomatoes, kyoto eggplant, green chili, and broad beans, etc, which added a wonderful burst of flavour and colour to our plates. our server was a very attentive and friendly lady, who enhanced our dining experience, as she was able to identify and describe each ingredient in detail and was most helpful in answering my questions. the standout of our meal has to be the grilled ozaki sirloin - the outer crust was perfectly crispy while the meat inside was so tender. the ozaki beef tataki and braised ozaki beef were also absolutely delicious. what really impressed me was the incredible attention to detail in the preparation of each dish. it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into every aspect of the meal.
