Great place for Okonamiyaki and yakisoba. We got to sit at the bench where we could see straight across the chef cooking. We were given our okonomiyaki from over the pass so they were fresh and hot! Great beer too and fast service! Each dish was delicious and so tasty! They don't even use flour. I can tell this food is healthy! The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a place where you can feel the atmosphere and taste of Japan as it is. #Original pork okonomiyaki Uwa’s okonomiyaki is close to Osaka-style okonomiyaki, and it‘s used as a main ingredient, so the texture is very soft and it feels comfortable even after eating it. I’m so full, but I feel like I‘ve eaten a lot of food, so it’s really good #Pork Barjil Yakisoba It‘s my first time to try yakisoba full of basil flavor! The noodles are chewy and savory, and the pork is soft and slightly sweet, so it suits you well. The basil sauce is refreshing and fragrant, and it balances well with the saltiness of yakisoba. If you burst the egg yolk and mix it, you can enjoy a softer and more creamy taste.
