Vistroの姉妹店だそうで、こちらも完全ヴィーガンです。 ストリートフードのような雰囲気がありながら、屋内で食べる安心感があってリラックスして堪能できます。 スタッフさんのフレンドリーさと親切さは折り紙付きです 初体験のボートヌードルをいただきました。かなり濃いめの味付けで、スープは飲めませんでしたが、具材は全て美味しくいただきました。 Em sphereに来たら必ずチェックです. Don’t be fooled by the humble appearance of this establishment. They make some seriously good food. I came here twice. The first time I got the drunken ramen and “lord of the dumplings”. Both were outstanding, 5/5 in flavor. The second time I got the boat noodle (apparently one of their more popular dishes) and the “edamama” dumplings. Both were excellent - the edmama had an interesting filling. My preference was the drunken noodle and lord dumplings. The service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. I wish I could try their other dishes, especially the vegan egg options. The street food, period. You really need to know what to order here. We ate at V Street several times, and some dishes were definitely better than others. The Pad Thai was consistently good, and the Lord of the Dumplings as well. The Vientiane Noodle Soup was also good every time. The Green Curry was perfect a couple of days ago, but today it was very spicy, so my daughter couldn't eat it. V Street also has desserts (ice cream and brownies), which was a pleasant surprise. You can definitely have a very good meal here. If you’re not sure what to order, just ask the friendly staff for recommendations — they’ll be happy to help. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
