ケーブルTVの番組で見て予約してみた。この店のディナーのために上環の近くの手頃なホテルに滞在した。ディナーは2人でだいたい香港で最高レベルのスイートルームに素泊まりで一泊するぐらいのお値段だった。コースは３時間の予定だった。後半は他の組のお客さんも増えてきて少し店内もガヤガヤしてテンポが間延びした感じにもなったが、この店の空気をゆっくり味わえると思って気長に待った。コースをエスコートして説明してくれた女性スタッフも礼儀正しく最高にチャーミングだった。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $500+

Simply superb, from the wine, food, to service there was nothing lacking. I could taste and feel the attention to detail from the uniquely fresh expertly handled ingredients to the interesting choices in table ware. As a food nerd myself I was both overwhelmed and excited with every course. Should you try it? Definitely, and in this case trust the sommelier, simply wonderful. You get what you pay for, and perhaps more. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
