The Vela Dinner Cruise on the Chao Phraya River is an unforgettable experience. It’s a 3-hour boat ride from 7 - 10 pm., offering beautiful sightseeing along the river. We saw iconic landmarks like ICONSIAM and Wat Arun, all illuminated at night, which made the experience even more magical. The cruise has a colorful and energetic vibe, with friendly and attentive staff. We had a surprise birthday celebration on board, and the staff went out of their way to organize a cake and lead the birthday song. We were lucky to get a table on the deck. The dinner buffet was excellent, with many varieties to choose from, including a wide range of seafood like oysters. There was beer unlimited. The entertainment was lively, with nice music, an energetic dance floor where you could request songs, and performances by Thai dancers. One important tip is to arrive on time, as the boat departs promptly. Overall, the Vela Dinner Cruise combines stunning views, delicious food, great drinks, and lively entertainment, making it a must-do experience in Bangkok. Worst dining experience we had. Even the manager is rude. My wife found a broken glass on her drink. We immediately called their attention and stopped eating. We demanded to refund our payment as we didn't finish the food as it is no longer safe. I was with my 10 year old children (twins). When we demanded our payment back. The rude manager brushed it off and told us to report the police and it is no longer his problem. I am reaching out to the management of this company. Your employees are rude and the food is not safe. Price per person: ฿1,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unacceptable service as we have checked before we made the reservation whether this cruise would bring us to see the firework on Vijitr Chao Phraya event and the person who answered the phone said that the cruise will pass the Rama I bridge at 21:30-21:45 which we would be able to see the show. However, we have booked for the whole big family 21 pers, but not even see the firework bcoz the Cruise Manager just said that cannot see the show, the cruise had to be at the pier @21:00, and the customers have to contact the sold agent about this. The manager did nothing and ignore us, without any action to support customer. The time frame is just 10 minutes until the show. We will never choose this Vela Cruise again. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿900–1,000
