absolutely class place over in Bangkok. downstairs is the chilled atmosphere of the cafe, and upstairs is the Vinsens bar. The whole place is Greco-Roman style meets steampunk. Sounds odd, but it really works Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
