Located inside of the New Seoul hotel, VIP has about 15 tables and provides breakfast for the hotel and general food to the public. The breakfast is a buffet with limited selections but all of it was good and you can eat your fill. They have fresh squeezed orange juice and the coffee is excellent. Payment is made at the hotel counter, at least for breakfast so I had to walk downstairs to pay first. Many travelers have breakfast included in their rate so they have a list of those when you enter. The restaurant is clean and quiet, and was pretty busy even at 7 am when I went in for breakfast. The breakfast hours are only from 7-9. The tables are kept clean and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend if you’re here. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
