It’s around 6:30pm on 7/16/2019.
The Mandarin speaking lady was playing with her phone, ignoring us. Whatever questions we asked, her answers were rude, cold , impolite and unprofessional.
We did make some purchases because kids love your products! But this lady, definitely a big problem to this lovely place! She is not lovely at all, she’s acting like a stepmom!
We deserved something better!
