Owner was very rude not only to customers (as if we owe him a living) but to own staff. Apalling!!! Their own food is so-so. The good foods are mainly from neighbouring eateries. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Nice , unbelievable alfresco spot … with good German , Belgium , French beer price is affordable 10$ a pint, out door space to sit and enjoy ! Pets are allowed … always filled with regulars from ridegewood and near by . Family vibe. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: SGD 10–20

My family and I have visited Valle a few times before tonight, and they have been generally okay. Tonight was profoundly disappointing, and we will not be returning to Valle. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and half of it was not what we ordered. By that point my two-year old was so hungry that she was close to tears and we had to watch as many tables who were seated later than us get their food before us. There was no attempt at service recovery. It appeared that the staff were more interested in serving regulars—at the expense of other customers. I don't expect special service, but a minimum level of attention would be nice. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
