The Tuna Melt Sourdough Sandwich and Iced Americano were solid, and the atmosphere was great. However, management should check on their staff, or at least have them wear name tags so we know who I’m specifically referring to. I waited over 20 minutes for my order. The woman behind me in line received her order before I did, which I thought was a little odd but didn’t mind at first. The real issue was when my order was handed to the wrong customer, someone who was two places behind me in line. Instead of letting that customer know there had been a mistake, the staff told me to keep waiting and allowed them to keep my order. I ended up approaching the customer myself, explaining the mix-up, and she kindly gave me my food and drink. To make matters worse, she hadn’t even ordered the same coffee as I had, so if I hadn’t noticed, she would have been drinking the wrong order. After I informed the staff about what happened, I didn’t even receive a simple apology. Please look into this and improve the service. Had a kingsman dirty which came highly recommended. Always a fan of lighter Ethiopian roasts but this full bodied whiskey bourbon blend completely blew me away. A definite must try.
