A training restaurant for future hospitality professionals - an idea I genuinely appreciate. That said, I wouldn’t classify it as a French restaurant, despite how it’s listed. The place has more of a canteen-like charm, which works well in its own way. The food is decent: I tried the cordon bleu, which was perfectly fine, though not particularly memorable. Service, on the other hand, is very attentive, and the prices are more than reasonable. Overall, it’s worth keeping in mind that quality may vary depending on the dish - as expected in an educational setting.
