Best Laksa i’ve eaten. The gravy is thick, the sambal texture was great, so generous with the fishcake. Best of all can add extra cockles and they were fresh and flavourful. Such a satisfying meal. The curry chicken was just like how grandma made it. Lemak, not oily, chunks of potato & tender chicken. Can eat it with a fluffy prata, bread or rice. Overheard another guest praising the nasi lemak so I tapao the fish otah version. So much otah! with just the right amount of spices it tasted so good. the sambal went well with the ikan bilis , 3 generous pieces of cucumber (nowadays most places only give one slice) and a sunny side egg. The praise was genuine. Thank you Reno (the chef) and Lily (the manager) who came to check if everything was okay as they had just opened. With free wifi, aircon, good food and good coffee, it won’t be long before this place gets crowded. The only downside getting here is that its really off the beaten track and stairs everywhere (old building so unfriendly to wheelchairs and elderly). oh yah. This place is open to the public. $ are a bit pricy for non members and counts towards min expenditure for members. What a great dining place for people living in Changi. Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
