My recent visit to Vice Versa Wineshop & Kitchen at No. 94 Xiamen St. in Taipei’s Zhongzheng District was nothing short of spectacular! The menu is a masterpiece, blending classic bistro fare with creative, modern flair. The absolute highlight was their incredible chicken dish—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavors that left me speechless. It was hands-down my favorite, a true testament to the chef’s skill. Every dish was fresh, beautifully plated, and paired flawlessly with a glass from their stellar wine selection, thanks to the staff’s spot-on recommendations.
