Coffee was good. Atmosphere was comfortable. Except that the place was playing music from Spotify which kept asking listeners to sign up for Spotify premium. I think the shop could just pay for Spotify premium with 2 lattes sold. It kills the atmosphere to keep hearing ads. Also, plain water is chargeable. And customers cannot use their toilet in the shop. Instead they have to gather their valuables and walk to a public toilet outside about a 100m away. Not that these are big deals, but it does make it feel like the shop isn’t really interested in making customers feel welcome or comfortable. Perhaps it’s more of a place where people would come, collect their cakes and leave. I wouldn’t recommend going there for a cafe break unless the owner changes things. A friend brought a "LOG CAKE" from Vicky's for our Christmas celebration. Check out the soft sponge and thick chocolate! This is the best log cake I've had so far... not the swiss roll with butter cream kind of traditional log cake :D Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Signature Chocolate Fudge Cake
