I am writing to bring to your attention a serious hygiene concern at your bakery. While the bread and tarts are delicious, I have repeatedly noticed house flies inside the bread and tarts cabinet—this is the fifth time I have observed this issue. On previous occasions, I informed your staff, but it seems no improvement has been made. I believe the presence of flies is due to gaps in the cabinet, which allow them to enter. This issue is concerning, especially as many parents purchase your products for their children attending nearby enrichment lessons. The risk of contamination and potential illness is significant. I urge the management to review this matter seriously and take immediate action to prevent flies from entering the display cabinets.
