Absolutely terrible breakfast experience at Victoria By Cocotte. I ordered a shakshuka medium and waited almost 30 minutes just for it to arrive completely overcooked and tasteless. It honestly tasted like plain tomato paste with eggs one of the worst shakshukas I’ve ever had and barely eatable. The service was just as bad. The manager looked completely lost the entire time instead of actually handling problems professionally. The staff were unorganized and careless. Our flat white was spilled the first time it arrived, and the second one tasted like warm water. When we asked to cancel it because it was genuinely disgusting, the waiter said we still had to pay for it. For the prices they charge, the quality and service are embarrassing. This place tries to look like a premium breakfast spot but completely fails in both food and professionalism. Would not recommend at all a complete waste of money and time. I am here to share my point of view on Lamp Shank that we had at Victoria by Cocotte Central World. The Lamp Shank was perfectly cooked and it's very juicy, it's like what you order and you get it. It's so scrumptious that I couldn't resist having a second dish. It's wonderful and I can't help coming up to spread the word here. So if you go to Victoria by Cocotte Central World it can't be wrong to order this absolutely out of the world of Lamp Shank for a meat lovers and enjoy a wonderful service. The restaurant serves delectable dishes that left us wanting more. Great team and good management ever. I highly recommend this restaurant to you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
