This was my favorite restaurant in Bangkok. Recently, the quality of food has incredibly deteriorated. The Vietnamese rolls are full of burnt fat, the soups Pho are not clear and the beef is very fatty and smells old. Food has a taste of expired ingredients. We have ordered various dishes, one of those was a chicken which was cut includes skin and bones. This should be a Vietnamese restaurant and even if the staff is Thai, they should prepare quality dishes the Vietnamese way. The owner should improve the quality of services rendered and stop to cut his costs offering dishes containing old ingredients. I consider unacceptable and outrageous to sell soups full of beef fat in spite of real fresh meat. What a shame the management of this, before very promising place, is slowly destroying it because of greediness and bad business concept.
