We ordered a total of three dishes, one of which was Vietnamese Pho Phnom Penh noodles. When the dish arrived, we noticed that the soup base was not hot, just lukewarm. Later, halfway through eating, we found a completely raw piece of meat in the bowl. Since the meat was too tough to bite, we immediately asked the restaurant about it. The staff insisted that the presence of this piece of meat in the soup was normal, claiming it was a raw beef tendon. After several rounds of discussion, the staff finally agreed to cancel this item. We don’t mind issues caused by accidents or kitchen handling mistakes. The problem is that the restaurant refused to admit any responsibility from start to finish, insisting that the dish served was normal. This could potentially lead to food safety concerns and pose health risks to customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great place for a quick dinner that is value for money on Tsing Yi. I had the Vietnamese dry vermicelli with grilled lemongrass pork chop. The portion was generously sized, and the pork was juicy and flavorful. If my waitress had owned up to forgetting my order, service would have been awarded five stars.
