It's not really the typical Vietnamese restaurant that you'd expect, and one that's probably not what you'd expect at all. The only reason is because they have a section on the menu where they offer beef and chicken Pho, while the rest of the menu is very much a very local Taiwanese food menu. I'd suggest seeing this place like a local Taiwanese food eatery than anything else. Local villagers would get their lunch and takeaways from here, and they can be really busy from these takeaway orders. It's really cheap and relatively good quality though, as the 5 of us had a really good meal for only 600 NTD, with mains and sides each.
