I am from California. I was visiting your store in Taipei last month, one of the stops my tour group made. I bought several boxes of pineapple cake as gift. Last week, I decided to purchase more online. What a horrible experience! The website is totally user unfriendly. After creating an ID & password that is mandated in order to be able to proceed with the order. After several attempts with the ordering process I wad finally able to move forward to adding the products to my shopping cart. However, when I was ready to choose the payment method the site kicked me out. When attempted to log back in it tells me the site doesn't recognize my ID/password. Again, after several attempts it let me in. I was successful in my order this time around and made the payment for that one order which, clearly shows only one order. I was then expecting some sort of confirmation at the end of the order, none produced. Then immediately, I received 2 separate emails confirming 2 different orders. I immediately emailed Vigor Kobo about the first incomplete order, no response. Just now, I tried to log onto the Vigor site and, again, it did not recognize my ID/password. PLEASE, can anyone out there give me some advice as to what I have to do to get this resolved! Another thing, they are charging me 2,200NT for shipping, almost same price as my order. I am spending much much $$$ more than I intended to, help!
