This restaurant could easily be superb and deserve 5 stars. Beautifully designed with a lovely atmosphere, interesting menu with many unusual items, well cooked food and reasonable prices.However, the service lets down all this good work. We first went for dinner on 1st November and were served by a surly, arrogant young man in his 20s. We thought he might just be having a bad day, as young men do, and we returned the following evening. We were greeted with the same charmless service and he even brought our bill on each occasion before we asked for it, and about 40 mins before closing time. They say they close at 10.00 PM but he clearly has other ideas. On our first visit we were the only customers and on the second there was one other table of 4 and they left 10 mins after we arrived. Staff recruitment and/or education is an urgent requirement here.

Very good food and selection to eat well seated in a bit upscale athmosphere in Phitsanulok for our family of 5. The only bias were a somehow slow service (reason to miss the 5th star). We stopped there by accident but it were lucky to land to probably the best option in the city.
