I had an incredible experience at this vegan wellness retreat. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, supportive, and genuinely restorative. A special shout-out to Sila and Netta, whose fitness classes were fantastic. They struck the perfect balance between challenging and accessible, bringing great energy and expertise to every session. Icezi and Yumi made the experience even more memorable with their warmth and friendliness. Their positive attitudes helped create a real sense of community and made everyone feel at home. One of the most delightful surprises was Taylor’s professional photography. Having such beautiful, high-quality photos to remember the retreat by was completely unexpected and added an extra special touch to the whole experience. The combination of wellness, delicious vegan food, fitness, relaxation, and wonderful people made this a truly unforgettable retreat. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Wonderful experience. Exactly what I was looking for. Netta and Sila are great professionals and very nice. I have learned lots of posture and technics. Always is a safe and caring way. The breathwork was very useful and pleasant thanks to Maeve and Andy. I have finally learned how to enjoy yoga thanks to the expertise of the different teachers we had. The rooms are simple but comfortable, the atmosphere is nice. All the extras are very welcome, spa, massages, boat ride... The staff is outstanding, very kind, efficient and caring. The food is beyond amazing and tasty. I loved having Arthur the cats around. When in Koh Samui, make sure to visit the Cats and Dogs Foundation. All help is very welcome and you'll have a wonderful time. Big thank you to all the different teachers that made my stay a great one. Service: 5

I had an amazing time at Visit Natural Resort with a 7 day fitness and yoga retreat. The early morning hikes were energizing, and the smoothie bowls were my absolute favorite. I still miss them! The staff was really attentive and went above and beyond to help whenever I needed. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway packed with activities, stunning nature, delicious vegetarian food, and excellent service.
