HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! After one week, I depart with my body feeling great, my soul refreshed and my social tank FULL!!! What a WONDERFUL LIFE-GIVING week at Visit Natural Detox Resort. There were so many highlights: * opportunities for social connection and meeting people from all around the world. Conversations deepened as the week progressed, as did the banter and laughter as you got to know each other more as you engaged in activities, shared meals and enjoyed free time together * a full program with multiple types of daily fitness (from yoga to hiking to strength training to boxing). Although I did them all, people were free to opt in and out as they desired * activities to intentionally 'slow' (yoga, meditation and breath work, added to with the spa and massages) * food that was incredibly nourishing from Wild Tribe Cafe (and there was so much variety - it was hard to choose each meal!!!) * And friendly staff who knew you by name in a very short period of time. I can not rate this place highly enough. Everything is as described. The rooms are basic but comfortable, clean and welcoming. The service is spectacular and they will always go above and beyond to assist you (dietary requirements, booking a flight, organising a trip) Nothing is too much trouble. The location is close to everything but far enough away to still be peaceful. The real jewel in the crown is the sense of community, you can start off as a solo traveller and will leave with deep connections that will last a lifetime. This is a family run venture, where they have really focused on hiring the best of the best. The true reflection of these guys success is the amount of guests that return again and again and again. I for sure will return again and again and again. Thank you so much for a truly life changing experience, much love and peace to you guys.

I had an amazing time at Visit Natural Resort with a 7 day fitness and yoga retreat. The early morning hikes were energizing, and the smoothie bowls were my absolute favorite. I still miss them! The staff was really attentive and went above and beyond to help whenever I needed. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway packed with activities, stunning nature, delicious vegetarian food, and excellent service.
