本番イタリア認定のピザだけあって、窯焼きのピザはもっちりでおいしい。Tボーンもおいしかったですが、パスタは少し辛めでした(^^) ソウルでお勧めできるイタリアンレストランの一つです。201105

Pizza was great but the rest was not. The pasta was the biggest disappointment because the noodle was undercooked (definitely not al dente) and with a burnt smell of it. And the steak we asked to have it medium rare but came in rare. Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Volare is a very nice Italian modern restaurant with beautiful interiors and comfortable seating that immediately sets a pleasant atmosphere. The service overall is good and attentive during the meal. The food is solid: pizzas range from good to great, the pastas are good (the carbonara was enjoyable), and the salads are decent. Overall, the kitchen delivers a reliable Italian experience. However, the biggest disappointment was the last order policy. Calling last orders at 8:00 pm is something I have honestly never experienced in any country. What made it worse is that this policy wasn’t clearly communicated in advance, when our booking was at 7:30! We weren’t even asked if we wanted dessert, the staff had already started packing up. This completely cut short the dining experience and left a sour ending to an otherwise pleasant evening. With more flexibility around last orders, or at least better communication (especially for desserts), Volare could be a much more enjoyable experience. Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
