謀懇親会で日本より参加させていただきました。美味しいワインと最高の食材を活かした日本人シェフの調理！贅沢にウニをローストビーフでくるみトリフのせた絶品かんだ瞬間、口の中にウニのクリーミーな美味しさとトリフの風味そしてローストビーフのうま味のマリアージュが頭とハートまで広がり満たされました！正に至高の美味しさに酔いしれました。ホスピタリティーも最高で、日本の心のこもったオモテナシでした。雰囲気は落ち着いた中に素敵なアートに囲まれ豊かな気分を満喫しました。.
