I recently visited WAGYU SAMURAI, and while the food was genuinely excellent, high-quality wagyu and great presentation, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were inattentive, unorganized, and made the entire meal feel frustrating rather than enjoyable. For the price point, I expected far better hospitality. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone until they seriously improve their service standards. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
