First, I wish I could reply to all the reviews saying the staff is rude and what not. So I do it here instead. First, I am not affiliated with the Cafe or the owner (which is a nice lady btw.) So here we go. Yes, it’s private property. And it is a business. The lady owns the land, the Cafe and runs a business. They supply chairs, tables, mats, beanbags.. And they sell drinks and a selection of snacks. And yes, they ask people that come to the place to order inside before they go through the Cafe and sit down outside. What’s wrong about it? It’s a business, this is how it works. Otherwise it would be a train station (without the tracks obviously). So, if you wanna hang out at this cozy place and enjoy the sun or just relax, buy a drink and don’t waste your time writing stupid reviews. Thanks. Btw, it’s a lovely, cozy spot, usually quiet and not overcrowded like those hipster style places. I come here regularly and I feel very welcome here, whoever is on duty. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing view from inside the cafe to the beach. I highly recommend the Taro-Milk - it hast an unique flavoure! Note: it's not allowed to wash your feet in the toilette after swiming in front of the cafe. A Lot of space for parking in front of cafe. Air con. Ground-level. Toilett available. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Discovered this gem during my travels - WARI Coffee. With its exquisite coffee and an amazing iced smoothie, it’s a haven for coffee lovers. The sea-side view adds a serene touch to your coffee experience, and the friendly local staff make you feel right at home. It’s a cozy little spot, almost like a secret hideout, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful break. Definitely a 5-star experience!
