I would like to compliment your staff, Syahmi (yellow shirt), for his excellent service. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful when serving ordered udon and my friend ordered rice with prawn. The food was nice and served properly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was here on 16/01/2026 at 05.49pm, at 06.02pm I have nicely ask one of the man staff that is wearing in black if order is ready by any chance as I was there was alot of order coming in, however the staff was SO RUDE in the reply saying that “BRO CAN I SEE THE TIME A NOT THERES ALOT OF ORDER BEHIDE” I would like to ask WOK HEY is this how you as a F&B store train your staff members to speak to customer in this way?? I have work in F&B for 6 years and I understand the frustration during peak hours of the day but that does not give the staff members the right to talk back to customer in the rude way. I would like WOK HEY to review on this case and get back to me with a proper explanation. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fried Rice
