Staff was useless and unable to handle pressure during dinner rush. Orders were messed up. Went to check on orders after 20 mins and staff insisted it was being prepared, only to find out after 45 mins the order wasn’t sent. Can only hear female staff venting the entire time without being constructive or helpful. 20 min order turned into a 60 min ordeal, please avoid if your time is valuable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Orders frequently took much longer than the stated estimated collection time. On several occasions, staff handed out the wrong orders or omitted items and ingredients from my order. There were also instances where I was not notified when my order was ready for collection, resulting in unnecessary delays and wasted time. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Website order working and over counter the machine was working. But staff told me that the machine and website cannot order already. Timing was around 9.17pm, told by a chinese guy. Might be that they have too many orders on hand and cannot take but would prefer if he had been honest and upfront about it instead of rejecting me when i was about to use the machine to order. Usually am a supporter of wok hey but because of this i think i might think twice before ordering. Ruined my evening. Meal type: Dinner Service: 1
