It will take at least 20 minutes even in pre peak hours (I was there at 515pm) as they have many online orders. This outlet also do not displayed any queue number hence you are in the dark when is your food ready. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Egg Fried Rice

Bought 3 packets of grilled chicken. They came with with barely any chicken all 3 of them and one of them had two tiny pieces. I've reported this to wokhey feedback . Will not go back here.. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Received the wrong order, however Wok Hey’s service support manage to offer a quick resolution and was prompt in responding to my queries. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
