Asked for 200thb entrance fee after I ordered a drink. Worker wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either.

I came to the cafe with a friend. We ordered drinks and sat down to chat. We were told that we had to pay 200 baht for the time. Terrible place. I don't recommend it. We drank our coffee and left. I don't understand why they couldn't have told us right away that you have to pay to stay in the cafe. We wouldn't have paid for this disgusting coffee that was served to us in a dirty cup.

As a traveler looking for a place to work and open by 6am.. I thought this cafe was perfect. It’s listed as open 24/7. My partner has to wake up early for online calls by 6am so I’m kicked out of my accommodation / Airbnb before that time to give her privacy. Parking is at the mall (free). I rented a scooter and there was plenty of room early in the morning. The lot gets super packed by 12pm though. They have a lot of seats, tables, and outlets available for work. Comfy chairs are important as well. A drink is included with your $200B entry fee, which is nice. I don’t know if you can ask for something else like a pastry. I haven’t asked for anything beyond just a drink. It checked all the boxes off for me as a traveler who needs a comfortable space with WiFi.
