This place is fabulous. The procedure is just magnificent. Waga seems to be a one man bar with plenty of nice surprises. We had shrimp, ocopus, cheese, sashimi, all to die for. The first sake we got was not my favourite, but the second one was good. After that we tried an ume drink that was delicious. I'm coming back to eat my way through the rest of the menu.
