I had the pleasure of dining at Wagyu Kurabu Premium Yakiniku, and the quality of their Hitachiwagyu beef is truly outstanding. The meat literally melts in your mouth, with the perfect balance of marbling and flavor. I really appreciated seeing their official Certificate of Authenticity and designation as an official seller of Hitachiwagyu Beef — it gave me full confidence in the quality. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, explaining the different cuts and cooking methods. Definitely one of the best Wagyu experiences I’ve had outside Japan...
