The coffee itself was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. When I politely asked if I could have a takeaway cup for my unfinished coffee, the staff member responded with an unpleasant attitude and an obvious look of annoyance. Her facial expression made me feel as though I was asking for something unreasonable, even though it's a simple and common customer request. Good customer service isn't just about serving drinks—it's about treating customers with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the staff's rude expression and unwelcoming demeanor left a very poor impression. There was no smile, no willingness to help, and certainly no hospitality. I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. A café should make customers feel comfortable, not judged for making a basic request. Management should seriously look into customer service training, as attitudes like this can easily drive customers away. I won't be returning unless the service standard improves significantly.
