I’ve been living in this area for a year and have visited this café many times. Sometimes I’d eat here, sometimes I’d get food to go. The staff was always friendly, the food and coffee were great, and I always left a tip. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my opinion. I ordered a flat white, but what I got was basically an Americano with milk, no foam at all, and it honestly tasted terrible. I politely asked if it could be remade. Instead of apologizing, the barista called me over and, in a very rude way, started explaining that a flat white is just espresso with warm milk. He remade it carelessly, clearly annoyed. When I asked if he could make me a cappuccino instead, he said he’d already remade it once and wasn’t making anything else. All of this happened in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I think the barista needs some basic customer service training and it wouldn’t hurt to learn the difference between a flat white, a cappuccino, and an Americano with milk. Good place to get some work done on your laptop. There are charging points available as well. The iced cappuccino tasted great. Only problem was the staff was very loud joking amongst themselves. But not too bad overall. I’ll be back again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ฿1–200

We visited Wake Cup Coffee and Tea twice, and both times were absolutely great! The coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is really nice as well, even though it’s located right by the street; it still feels cozy and welcoming. There’s a wide variety of drinks and food options available, so everyone is sure to find something they love. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿200–400
