Always Cafe & Bistro

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry that you experienced issues with our Wi-Fi during your visit. Our internet connection is normally stable, but occasionally some devices may experience connection problems. If this happens again, please let our staff know during your visit. We’ll be happy to check the connection and help resolve the issue right away. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience with us. About the Orange Americano, we actually do have it on our menu. However, the menu sign may not be clear enough, so it’s possible that it was easy to miss or gave the impression that it wasn’t available. Sorry for the confusion, and we’ll work on making the menu display clearer. As for the internet speed, we’re sorry it was slower than usual during your visit. We had quite a lot of customers using the network at the same time, which may have affected the connection. To improve this, we’ll be introducing speed limits per user to help keep the internet more stable and fair for everyone. Thanks again for your feedback. We really appreciate it and hope to see you again soon!
