I made a reservation at noon and planned to pick up a Beijing duck after work. When my brother arrived at the store, the staff said they couldn’t find our booking and simply left him standing there without offering any help. They even skipped him and served the next customer, who wasn’t even in line. I called the store again, and only then did they say they had found my reservation. By that time, my brother had already placed a new order and had been waiting for about 20 minutes. No one apologized or tried to fix the situation. Very disappointing service.
