Our chicken cutlets and braised pork are prepared according to our established recipes and quality standards, and we take food safety and ingredient quality very seriously. Regarding the piece of pork you mentioned, our previous response was intended to explain the ingredient rather than dismiss your concerns. We understand that different people have different expectations and levels of comfort regarding certain cuts of meat. I'll say it again: chicken cutlets are not frozen and then fried.
