整體評分：4 意外不錯的牛肉麵店，老闆娘很熱情。 牛肉炒飯有鍋氣，炒得粒粒分明的。牛肉是鋪滷牛腱在上面，滷得很軟嫩也很入味。但是炒飯會有點油，牛肉冷了會變一點硬跟乾。 抄手的肉很緊實，但是調味上比較普通。紅燒牛肉湯喝起來是溫和不會太辣或太重口味，但裡面的肉就比較乾。 滷味拼盤都滷得很透很入味，豬皮、豆皮跟蘿蔔都很不錯、很好吃。然後店家自己炒的酸菜也很夠味，一點點辣，但是非常好吃，可以試試看。 Overall score:4 It is a surprising beef noodles shop with a passionate lady boss. The fried rice with braised beef is delicious, with a wok-fried aroma. The braised beef, which is placed on top of the fried rice, is tender and flavorful. However, it is a downside that the fried rice is slightly oily and the beef becomes hard and dry when cold. The filling meat of the dried wonton is firm and average in flavor. The beef soup tastes warm without being too heavy or spicy; however, the meat in the soup is hard. The braised side dishes are well-marinated and flavor-infused. The pork skin, radish, and bean curd sheets taste good. The free homemade stir-fried pickled Chinese cabbage has a strong flavor with a little bit of spice, which is really delicious.
