Ordered my food via foodpanda at 1137pm and App stated 28mins. After every 28mins it just keeps re-extending the time for food being prepared.. contacted rider and rider confirms only 1 person accepting orders. Preparing food. Packing food. Best deal still call up the outlet the person on the other end only speaks Chinese and the Chinese is from China Chinese not our local mandarin. Seriously unhappy and disappointing service by Wanton Fu. Foodpanda is also useless. Not allowing us to cancel the order or even check on status of order other than keep re-extending the time.. you expect me to wait till 2am for a supper I was suppose to have at 1215am ? ?
