Warehouse Bar exceeded expectations. The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. Great quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. A must-visit spot in Patong. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Avoid! Not worth the visit or money. 0/5 Incredibly disappointing visit here with, poor food, service, no atmosphere and zero value for money. The restaurant itself is part of the raddison hotel, so you would think the quality should follow but it does not. Inside the layout is to a high quality but on being shown to a table we were sat without the table being fully set. The menus then followed across around 4 different documents with cross overs which made everything very confusing. The starters we ordered were poor, the appearance was appealing but taste severely lacking. For our mains one of the party ordered a side dish which arrived 10 minutes earlier than his main and the rest of our mains, resulting in it being cold by the time it was needed. Many of our group ordered steaks, something that had appeared to be a speciality of the restaurant. The steaks arrived overcooked tough and tasteless most did not finish even though we were hungry. Furthermore, all steaks on the menu are listed as being served with fries only 3 of the 6 steaks arrived with fries with the meal, when we questioned the missing fries we were told that the others weren't getting the fries and we had to request their menu to highlight it was clearly written as being included. The missing fries arrived after everyone had finished attempting to eat their steak. No offer of a discount was provided for the poor service food and timing issues, nor the missing items. This felt disappointing considering the prices being charged. Overall a terrible experience and meal, avoid and it would make me consider thinking of eating at a Raddison restaurant again. We have been enjoying meals and drinks here all week. The whole experience has been amazing, the staff are lovely and friendly, but a big shout out to Annie, she has helped make our stay so enjoyable. Friendly, professional and attentive, we feel like we have made a real friend. Give her a pay rise! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
