I used to love the Chicken Cutlet Rice with Omelette and ordered it regularly. However, a few months ago, I noticed that the taste of the chicken cutlet had changed. It now has a beef/pork-like smell and flavour, which makes it quite unpleasant for me to eat. At first, I thought it might have been caused by the chicken being fried together with other types of meat, resulting in the unusual taste. To be sure, I gave it another try and ordered it again, but the taste was still the same. I hope the management can look into how the food is being prepared and handled. I am curious as to why the chicken seems to have lost its original chicken flavour and instead tastes and smells like beef or pork. I hope to be able to enjoy the same delicious chicken cutlet that I used to love. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

They use to serve more potato for their usual curry potato rice. At $5.30, with only 2 small potato. I ask for more potato and they replied that their sauce dont have much potato. Today is public holiday and only at 3.30pm. How much is potato only, seriously? We will not come.back again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had the Grab Grem Groquetto Curry Rice with egg at Washoku Goen. The taste was acceptable, but during the meal I found eggshell in the dish. I informed the staff, but she only said “sorry” and scooped the eggshell into their own bowl without giving any further explanation or resolution. This left me rather disappointed, and I hope the restaurant will pay more attention to food quality control and the overall dining experience. 这次在 Washoku Goen 用餐点了Grab Grem Groquetto Curry Rice 加鸡蛋，味道本身还可以，但在吃的过程中发现餐点里有蛋壳。我把情况告诉店员，她只是简单说了一句‘对不起’，然后把蛋壳舀走放到他们自己的碗里，没有给出进一步的解释或处理方式。这让我觉得有点失望，希望店家能更重视顾客的用餐体验和食材的把关。」.
