这是一家藏在五所川原的宝藏老铺。店内的氛围温馨质朴，墙上贴满了地方艺人的签名和海报，可以感受到这是一家被当地人深爱多年的店。 我点了一份天妇罗荞麦面套餐，从开胃小菜、味噌汤到主菜都非常讲究，尤其是荞麦面，使用的是透明玻璃盘装盛，视觉和口感都极其清爽，是我在日本吃过的荞麦面中最令人惊艳的一次。连お通し的小菜也是自家腌制的山菜，口感滑嫩，还有微微的辣味，非常开胃。 店铺不大，但每一个细节都让人感受到诚意。服务也非常温和周到，坐在榻榻米席上喝一杯冰啤酒，简直是旅行中的放松时光。 如果你来青森，特别是在夏天睡魔祭期间，非常推荐绕来这家「和食処 花里」，不仅能吃上一顿真正的手打荞麦，还能感受到当地文化的温度。 A hidden gem in Goshogawara. This place has an old-school, heartwarming atmosphere filled with local character — the walls are decorated with posters, signatures from performers, and even Nebuta-themed artwork, giving it a nostalgic, community-rooted charm. I ordered the tempura soba set, and every detail was spot on — from the small appetizer and miso soup to the soba itself. The soba was served on a glass plate, beautifully presented and incredibly refreshing. It was honestly one of the best soba dishes I’ve had in Japan. Even the appetizer (a small dish of local mountain vegetables) was flavorful with a slightly slippery texture and a gentle kick of spice. The staff were kind and attentive, and sitting on tatami with a cold beer in hand was the perfect way to relax during a summer trip. If you’re visiting Aomori, especially during the Nebuta season, I highly recommend stopping by Washoku-dokoro Hanazato.
